Technology Business Partner – Real Estate
We are partnering a leading real estate group in Singapore and it is looking to hire a Technology Director to be the strategic technology partner for the group of companies in the region.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, you have the overall responsibility to be the strategic interface to the business units focusing on technology strategy development, solutions discovery and implementation to support business objectives. Apart from supporting the group’s overall IT need, you will be the key liaison for regional businesses and projects. This includes formulating and driving digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with at least 10 – 15 years’ of experience in technology industry with strong IT Business Partnering or Program Management experience, preferably in Real Estate, FMCG or Retail industry. You should have a proven track record of leading large technology teams in developing, implementing and managing enterprise wide software.
