Treasury Manager, FMCG (Location: West Singapore)
I am partnering with a renowned luxury brand to hire a Treasury Manager for their funding and liquidity management function.
This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for managing the Japan market.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving funding and liquidity management for Japan, and support capital structuring and funding projects. Key responsibilities include managing liquidity risk positions, developing funding/investment strategies, liaising and maintaining bank relationships (with Japanese banks in particular; including negotiating and dealing with the banks), and reporting of liquidity/funding matters.
Requirements
You should have at least 6 years of experience in treasury/finance, with an understanding of treasury financial instruments.
Fluency (Full business proficiency/ effectively bilingual) in Japanese (speak, read, write) is required to fulfil the responsibilities of this role on a day-to-day basis.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, analytical, and hands-on.
