    We are partnering with a chip maker to seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Head of Sales (or US Country Manager) to build and lead the sales team from the ground up. This pioneering role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a startup environment, despite the company already being listed on the stock market. You will be responsible for developing and executing our US sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing a strong brand presence in the American market. The role can be extended based on an individual’s capabilities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the semiconductor IC industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the US market and an extensive customer network are essential
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (a plus).
