Vice President, Business Development, Hospitality
One of the region’s largest real estate groups, renowned for its extensive and well-managed hospitality portfolio, is looking for a Vice President, Business Development role to strengthen its industry presence and drive continued success.
Responsibilities
As part of the centralised Leasing team, you will report to the CFO while working closely with the CEO. You will play a key role in identifying and putting forth potential business opportunities for the company’s hospitality portfolio. This includes evaluating and reviewing business opportunities, pitching deals to owners/business partners, conducting market research, due diligence and supporting the deal through execution. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the marketing team to maximize the value of the hospitality portfolio.
Requirements
You are an individual contributor with a proven track record in managing Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs). Minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred, particularly in the hospitality sector. You possess in-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, preferably with regional/international exposure. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is independant, collaborative and is a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
