Vice President, Capital Raising (Real Estate) (Japanese speaker)

A boutique private placement firm specializing in real estate is expanding its operations and seeking a highly motivated, well-connected capital raising professional to join its growing team.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the founding partner, playing a key role in driving capital raising initiatives and expanding the business into new markets. Your responsibilities will include leveraging existing relationships while building new connections with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to support business growth.

Requirements

You are an experienced industry professional with over 10 years of experience and a proven track record in securing capital commitments. You bring a robust network of institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Candidates who can speak Japanese will have a distinct advantage. To thrive in this role, you are resilient, possess a “hunter” mentality, and are an entrepreneur at heart.
