Vice President, Events

This is an excellent opportunity to join an SGX-listed hospitality organization as they expand their business portfolio in Singapore. As a Vice President of Events, you will take on a leadership role to conceptualize and execute world class events. This role is pivotal to make an extraordinary impact with strategic vision and immersive experiences to their customers.
Responsibilities
You will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale events, ensuring that all events align with the company’s luxury and entertainment objectives. Lead and oversee the planning and execution of key events including corporate functions, large-scale entertainment events, product launches, and seasonal celebrations.
You will be responsible for managing a team, working with key stakeholders, and delivering world-class experiences that enhance the organization’s reputation and drive guest engagement. Continuously enhance the guest experience by integrating innovative event concepts, cutting-edge technologies, and exceptional service. Collaborate with senior management, marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and seamless integration with the service offerings.
Requirements
You will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years’ experience in event management. Ideally, you have a proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale events that integrate storytelling and immersive experiences. You will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Event Management, Marketing or any related field.
