Vice President, Investor Relations
A well-established Singapore-listed REIT is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Investor Relations to strengthen its capital markets positioning and investor engagement.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the C-suite, you will lead the REIT’s investor relations strategy, strengthening engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital markets stakeholders. The role will develop clear investment messaging, prepare results presentations, annual reports and investor materials, and coordinate financial disclosures with finance, legal and senior management. You will also manage earnings briefings, investor meetings, roadshows and conferences, monitor market sentiment and analyst coverage, and provide management with actionable feedback.
Requirements
You are a proactive individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry (ideally from REIT / IR / Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Equity Research). You are familiar with leveraging multiple communications channel and social media platforms to translate into tangible business outcomes. To succeed in this role, strong knowledge of Singapore REITs, capital markets and financial analysis, together with polished communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills will be critical.
