VP – Asset Transfer Operations

Our client is a leading private bank with a strong global presence, a diverse customer portfolio, and an impressive range of assets and strategic partnerships. As part of their ongoing business expansion, the bank is looking to hire a Team Lead for their Asset Transfer Operations team. This role involves overseeing the bank’s asset transfer activities and driving internal controls to ensure the smooth execution of all related operations.
Role
As the Team Lead for Asset Transfer, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing all asset transfer activities within the team. You will work closely with business units to review existing processes and internal controls, recommending and implementing best practices to meet organizational goals. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to continuously improve frameworks, ensuring they align with the bank’s objectives. The ultimate aim is to support business decisions through effective and accountable asset transfer processes. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with team members to deliver best-in-class operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will hold a degree and have 7 to 10 years of experience in asset transfer within a private bank environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence, able to influence and drive change. Your commercial acumen will allow you to balance risk management with achieving business objectives effectively.
