VP Sales & Marketing, Luxury Hospitality
This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Sales & Marketing leader to join a luxury hospitality leader with an illustrious heritage and sizable footprints.
Responsibilities
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will deliver business growth, optimise revenue and enhance customer engagement across the global portfolio of properties. As the business evolves with changing consumer landscape, you will capture new business opportunities and diversify revenue streams through active deployment of technology, social media and digital insights. This is a highly visible role where you will lead a high performing team to deliver strategic business goals.
This position is based in Singapore and the successful candidate will be required to relocate to Singapore on a local package.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned hotelier with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and eCommerce. Prior global expertise, coupled with familiarity with North Asia customer segment, would be advantageous. You think out of the box and thrive on creative solutions that drive business growth. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, commercial and game for challenges.
