VP/SVP, Investment and Asset Management

A prominent real estate player, known for its dynamic approach to property development and investment, is currently looking to expand its team in Singapore by hiring a Deputy Head to enhance its industry expertise in the region.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Investments and play a crucial role in guiding the team and creating value for the company. This encompasses evaluating and steering assets for optimized returns, identifying and analysing new investment opportunities, and assisting in strategic planning for acquisitions, developments, and divestments. You will also develop and maintain financial models to analyse the performance of the portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties.

Requirements

You are a seasoned investment professional with at least 15 years of industry experience. You have extensive knowledge of large-scale and complex development projects, ideally having managed the entire development cycle from feasibility to completion. Your impressive track record spans various asset classes, and you are well-versed in regional markets. You should be well-versed in both English and Mandarin due to the need to communicate with Chinese stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who values teamwork and is able to handle a fast-paced environment.
