VP Treasury (Debt Financing), Real Estate
An employer of choice, this leading real estate firm has announced exciting plans to expand their regional presence. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a high calibre Treasury professional to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the end-to-end Treasury activities for their regional office, including capital management, liquidity management, and financial risk management. You will be actively involved in leveraging multiple instruments to support business growth and capital optimisation, including debt financing, structured financing and loans. In addition, you will manage the banking relationships and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks for the organisation.
Please note that work arrangement is 100% on-site.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a qualified CFA/ CA with at least 10+ years of relevant Treasury experience. You have a proven track record in DCM and loans, ideally within the real estate/ infrastructure space. To succeed in this role, you would be described as: entrepreneurial, resilient and a strong business partner.
