Kerry Consulting is partnering a Regional Bank to hire for an ITAM/ITSM Specialist. This role focuses on driving process standardization, automation, and compliance using ServiceNow, while supporting seamless onboarding of regional branches. By combining strategic planning, project leadership, and data-driven insights, you are responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, ensure governance, and foster continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
தேவைகள்
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in both ITAM and ITSM, especially using ServiceNow.
- In-depth familiarity with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance in ITAM and ITSM environments.
- Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, project management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- ITIL certified, exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
