Singapore serves as the key hub for this company in the real estate and infrastructure space. Reporting a healthy gain in net profit, the company is continuing its expansion plans in the region.

They are looking to hire a transactional lawyer, in the practice areas of cross-border M&A and/or Corporate Real Estate. Lawyers who have handled high-value transactions in markets such as India, Indonesia and Vietnam, will be viewed upon favourably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practising lawyer to transit into an in-house role. If you are an M&A lawyer more interested in project work, the hiring manager is happy to take in lawyers on a contract basis as well.
