This newly created Commercial Finance Manager role offers an exciting opportunity within a well-established FMCG group.

Key Requirements

This role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis function and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing strategic insights to senior management. It partners with Regional GMs and commercial teams to track performance metrics, analyze profitability, and identify growth opportunities. A key focus is Revenue Management, including pricing strategy and optimization. The role also supports investment appraisal for marketing campaigns and new product initiatives through robust financial modeling. As a trusted business partner, it delivers insights for decision-making and conducts ad-hoc analysis to support strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Commerce or Business degree with an accounting qualification and has minimally 7 years of commercial finance experience in the FMCG industry. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Regional experience across Asian markets, with an understanding of local business, is highly valued. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Leadership potential is important, as the role includes mentoring and overseeing junior team members.
