Introduction

A leading organisation is hiring a Transformation Project Specialist in Singapore to support strategic business and technology transformation initiatives.

You will support multiple strategic projects by coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, managing governance routines, and preparing senior stakeholder updates. The role involves monitoring risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and delivery progress while working closely with business, technology, finance, and change teams to support timely decisions and effective programme delivery.

要求

You bring 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, programme management, or project management, ideally within a Big 4, advisory, or complex corporate environment. You are structured, analytical, confident with senior stakeholders, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced setting.
