We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with at least 18 years of experience, who can drive both operational excellence and bold digital transformation. You have a proven track record of leading large technology teams to deliver highly complex transformation programs and mission-critical systems across multi-regional organizations. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate technology vision into tangible business outcomes are essential. You excel at influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, with exceptional communication and change leadership skills. Experience in modernizing core systems, leveraging cloud and data, and implementing forward-looking digital initiatives is highly valued.
