Chief Technology Officer

Our client is a well-established company with a strong foothold in Singapore’s business and technology landscape. As the company continues to evolve and expand its digital capabilities, it is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join its executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on technology leader who is passionate about innovation, scalability, and building high-performing teams. The CTO will be instrumental in shaping the company’s technology direction and driving transformation across its operations.

Responsibilities
The CTO will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes leading engineering and product development teams, overseeing software architecture and infrastructure, and implementing systems that support growth and innovation. The role also involves staying ahead of emerging technologies, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and collaborating closely with other senior leaders to deliver impactful solutions. A strong focus on cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance will be essential.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or VP of Engineering, within a technology-driven company. A strong foundation in software development, cloud infrastructure, and systems architecture is essential, along with a proven track record of scaling platforms and teams in high-growth environments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are required. Familiarity with Singapore’s tech ecosystem and regulatory landscape is highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
