Our client is a leading insurer with a strong market presence in Singapore. It is seeking to appoint a Director / Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Risk.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will lead the firm’s financial risk function, providing independent oversight across insurance, market, credit, liquidity and capital risks. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the financial risk management framework, including risk appetite, risk limits, key risk indicators, monitoring and reporting, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

You will oversee the development and governance of financial risk models, including stress testing, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), capital management and scenario analysis. You will also provide independent challenge on strategic initiatives, including investment activities, product development, capital management and other key business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support strategic decision-making and provide financial risk insights and recommendations to senior management, Board committees and regulators.

தேவைகள்

You hold a degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management or a related quantitative discipline, with professional qualifications such as FRM, CFA or actuarial credentials will be an advantage. You have at least 12 years of experience in financial risk, actuarial, investment risk, capital management or a related discipline within the insurance or broader financial services industry.

You possess strong technical expertise across insurance, market, credit and liquidity risks, with hands-on experience in stress testing, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), stochastic modelling and the MAS RBC2 framework. Experience in developing or enhancing financial risk management frameworks, including risk appetite, risk limits, monitoring and governance will be highly regarded. You are an effective people leader with strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills, and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, Board committees and regulators.
