This is an exceptional career opportunity for a technology leader to take on a highly visible regional executive role in Singapore, leading the technology roadmap and transformation for Corporate Functions applications across the APAC region.

You will have the opportunity to:
lead the APAC Corporate Functions Technology portfolio, overseeing critical systems across HR, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Procurement, and Regulatory Reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Department (IT), you will serve as a key partner to regional business stakeholders and technology heads – including Enterprise Architecture, AI & Data, and Information Security – to align technology roadmaps with regional strategy. Furthermore, you will drive enterprise transformation by consolidating regional regulatory reporting into a common data model, managing end-to-end IT risk and incident resolution, overseeing portfolio budgeting, and building a high-performing, multi-location team across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will bring your experience of:
at least 18 years within corporate banking technology (applications domain), featuring deep expertise in implementing standard APAC regulatory reporting solutions (for example, AxiomSL or Alteryx or Technology related to Basel III / Basel IV / Dodd-Frank Act / Volcker /AML / CFT / KYC) and managing complex, multi-function IT portfolios. You possess proven hands-on experience structuring regional regulatory databases, optimizing cloud/on-premise package solutions with minimal customization, and leading onsite and offshore development teams. An exceptional communicator and negotiator, you bring strong SDLC and Agile expertise, deep analytical problem-solving capabilities, and a track record of driving cross-border technology strategy while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
