Group CHRO

The Group CHRO is a core member of the Group Leadership Team and acts as a strategic advisor to the Group CEO, Board, and Executive Committee on human capital, organisational effectiveness, leadership, and culture.
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will lead the Group’s people and culture agenda, building and maintaining a highly engaged, purpose-driven workforce that delivers exceptional experiences and advances the Group’s growth.
This is a senior enterprise leadership role that requires shaping organisational strategy, driving transformation, and building a high-performance culture across a diverse and dynamic workforce. You will blend strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing strong business acumen, deep human capital expertise, and the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across all levels to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.
Active Board engagement is essential for this role. The candidate must be analytically strong and numerically inclined to interpret human capital metrics, workforce planning data, and business performance insights.

- Build and execute an integrated Human Capital Strategy aligned with the Group’s business strategy, growth plans, and vision to ensure a future-ready workforce
- Lead enterprise-wide engagement and culture initiatives that create purpose, pride, belonging, and advocacy across the organisation
- Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition to attract strong talent across frontline, specialist, leadership, and critical roles
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes to strengthen leadership capability and ensure continuity
- Lead learning and capability development strategies to build skills aligned with business needs and operational excellence
- Design competitive and fair performance, rewards, and recognition frameworks that reinforce high performance and accountability
- Lead organisation design and effectiveness work to improve agility, clarity, collaboration, and productivity
- Build strong employee and industrial relations through engagement with employees and representative bodies, ensuring trust and compliance
- Advance inclusion and sustainability by creating access and development opportunities for diverse talent groups
- Advise the Board on human capital strategy, workforce metrics, leadership readiness, and organisational effectiveness using data-driven insights
தேவைகள்
- 15-20 years of progressive human capital leadership experience, including senior HR roles in large, complex organisations
- Proven success leading enterprise HR transformation, culture change, and organisational development
- Experience advising Boards and Executive Teams on strategic human capital; Board exposure is essential
- Strong analytical skills to interpret human capital metrics, workforce data, and business performance insights
- Outgoing, hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
- Experience leading large, diverse workforces in the consumer sector is preferred
