Group IT General Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality Group

A leading real estate and hospitality group is seeking a Group IT General Manager to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital transformation, and business partnership across its portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a critical part in aligning technology investments with business objectives, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering innovative digital capabilities that support growth and customer experience.

You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across real estate, hospitality, property management, finance, and corporate functions, translating business priorities into technology-enabled solutions. The role will lead the development and execution of the Group’s digital transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, data, automation, AI, and digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.

You will oversee the technology portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise systems while maintaining strong governance, cybersecurity, and service excellence standards. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive change management and adoption of new technologies, ensuring measurable business value from technology investments. The role will also lead vendor partnerships, technology modernization programmes, and the development of a high-performing IT organisation that operates as a trusted business partner.

தேவைகள்

You possess extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles, with a strong track record of partnering with business stakeholders to deliver transformation and technology-driven business outcomes. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within real estate, hospitality, property management, or asset-intensive environments would be highly advantageous.

You bring expertise across enterprise applications, technology strategy, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data and analytics, and IT governance. Equally important is your ability to engage senior executives, influence stakeholders, and bridge business and technology priorities. You are a commercially minded leader with strong programme delivery capabilities and experience managing complex, multi-site operations.
