Reporting to the APAC CEO, the Head of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) will lead the balance sheet management, liquidity optimization, funding strategy, and interest rate risk management across the APAC region. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing market and liquidity risks, driving funding initiatives, and contributing to treasury revenue through effective balance sheet deployment and market engagement.

The role requires a minimum fifteen years of treasury, balance sheet management, or ALM experience within a banking environment, with significant exposure to APAC markets. Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in liquidity management, funding, interest rate risk, FX management, and treasury products, along with in-depth understanding of Singapore and regional regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, people management, and mentoring skills and is highly collaborative, client-focused, and result-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset. Excellent communication and relationship management skills across regions are essential to success in this role.
