An organisation operating within a large, complex and mission-critical environment is seeking an experienced leader to head its Incident Management & Reporting function.

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team that oversees the end-to-end management of enterprise incident reporting across cybersecurity, technology, physical security and operational domains. The successful candidate will drive timely incident assessment, executive reporting, organisational learning and continuous process improvement to strengthen operational resilience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management & Operations

Lead the day-to-day operations of the enterprise incident reporting function, ensuring timely triage, assessment and escalation of incidents across cyber, technology, physical security and operational domains.
Make informed judgement calls on complex incidents, ensuring appropriate escalation, coordination and response in accordance with established governance processes.
Review and prepare concise, high-quality incident reports and executive briefings for senior leadership.

Operational Excellence

Drive continuous improvement of incident reporting processes, leveraging technology and automation to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
Foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement and learning across the organisation.
Enhance incident response processes to improve organisational resilience and reduce repeat occurrences.

Knowledge Management & Analytics

Analyse incident trends to identify recurring risks, systemic issues and emerging threats.
Develop mechanisms to capture, share and institutionalise lessons learned across the organisation.
Produce management reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.

Lead, mentor and develop a team of incident management professionals.
Build organisational capability across incident management, operational resilience and analytical decision-making.
Collaborate closely with senior business, technology, security and operational stakeholders to strengthen enterprise resilience.

தேவைகள்

Approximately 15+ years’ experience in reltatable fields such as incident management, operational resilience, crisis management, operational risk or security operations.
Experience working within large, complex organisations such as financial institutions, multinational corporations, critical infrastructure operators or highly regulated environments.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
Experience driving operational excellence, process optimisation or transformation initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of:
- Cybersecurity operations
- Technology infrastructure
- Incident response and crisis management
- Risk assessment and incident classification methodologies
