Our client is a dynamic, multi-industry organization with a global footprint. As it prepares to accelerate its digital journey, it is seeking an exceptional Head of Digital. You will lead the charge to reimagine how the company operates, competes, and creates value in a complex and ever-evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
You will be at the helm of innovation and strategic change. You will serve as a catalyst, championing digital initiatives that cut across business lines and regions. You will bring a pragmatic approach to transformation—balancing vision with execution, disruption with stability, and opportunity with impact. You will partner closely with our senior leadership team to create a unified digital strategy that aligns with our corporate goals. This will include identifying high-impact opportunities for automation, data utilization, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency. You will oversee digital investments and ecosystems—ensuring every initiative delivers real business value while fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
Requirements
You are a seasoned executive who has led digital evolution in complex, multi-site environments. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity and be capable of engaging with stakeholders. You are a tech-savvy strategist but also an adept problem solver, relationship builder, and rainmaker. You are a proactive opportunity hunter who sees possibilities where others see challenges, and you thrive on driving meaningful change at scale.
