Head of Legal and Corporate Governance
Pioneer leadership legal role with a commercially driven infrastructure company. Due to unprecedented business expansion across APAC, this senior leadership role would serve as a strategic business partner to support commercial objectives.

This role partners closely with the business from inception of projects (related to real estate acquisition and other accompanying EPC work).
This is a transactional/deal structuring heavy role, requiring you to provide strategic advice to navigate regulatory/governance matters from a multi-jurisdictional perspective.
Requirements
A SG/Commonwealth Qualified lawyer with at least 15PQE and gained experience starting up a legal function within an in-house setting. From a technical perspective, the company favors someone familiar with real estate transactions, and leading negotiations for commercial/leasing agreements.
You are ideally familiar with power purchase agreements, power procurement related legal liabilities and accompany regulatory requirements related to the end to end power industry.
Those with experience overseeing/developing compliance and corporate secretarial frameworks would be highly valued.
