Head of Legal, Global Asset Management

A leading investment and asset management platform is seeking an experienced legal professional to support its listed and private funds business. The organisation manages diversified real estate and infrastructure-related investment vehicles and offers broad exposure to complex corporate, regulatory, and fund management matters.

The role provides legal and corporate secretarial support across the full investment lifecycle, including fund formation, M&A, capital raising, corporate transactions, governance, regulatory advisory, and commercial contracting for listed and private investment vehicles. The successful candidate will also oversee corporate secretarial matters, manage relationships with external counsel and regulators, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience advising investment managers, listed entities, or private funds, together with expertise in corporate transactions, fund management, and regulatory matters within a regulated financial services environment.
