The Hospitality Solutions Program Lead will lead the planning and execution of large-scale transformation and technology programmes within a hospitality environment. The role will advise business leaders and technology teams on hospitality technology strategies, solution selection, and implementation roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with operational objectives and customer experience goals.

This individual will play a key role in driving change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple initiatives. The successful candidate will also evaluate new and emerging technologies relevant to the hospitality sector, including AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, automation, and guest experience technologies, and provide recommendations on their adoption and integration.
