      This role presents a significant internal career advancement opportunity within a multinational corporation recognized as a market leader in the healthcare and FMCG sectors. It enables a high-potential HR leader to broaden their expertise across regional HR Centers of Excellence while positioning themselves for strategic succession into senior leadership roles within the APAC HR function.

      Reporting to the CHRO, the HR Director sought for this role thrives in a high-performing culture and will lead the execution of HR strategies across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have fast-tracked their career as a strategic HR Business Partner, known for influencing decisions and delivering measurable value to business leaders. This role involves close collaboration with HR Country leaders and teams to support significant business operations in North Asia, including China, as well as other APAC markets.

      பொறுப்புகள்

      • Collaborate with HR Country leaders to implement and drive HR strategies effectively across APAC.
      • Serve as a key HR partner to global Business Unit leadership teams across APAC region.
      • Drive people initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management aligned with regional and global business priorities.
      • Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals.
      • Provide expert HR guidance and consultation to leadership on organizational development and workforce challenges.
      • Maintain a strong focus on key business operations, recognizing China as a critical growth market within the region.

      தேவைகள்

      • Ideally, you will have at least 16 years of relevant HRBP experience with a proven track record of accelerated career growth.
      • Demonstrated success as a strategic HR Business Partner, influencing decisions and bringing commercial value to business leaders.
      • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of Healthcare, MedTech, FMCG, and related sectors.
      • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of excelling in diverse, fast-paced, high-performance environments across APAC.
      • Ability to work effectively with regional teams and senior business leaders within Medical or healthcare sectors is a plus.
