A motivated IT Business Analyst is needed to design and implement quick win initiatives, drive immediate improvements, and achieve measurable results. The role involves identifying opportunities, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, offering competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze IT requirements for Finance Applications in the insurance industry. This includes identifying quick win opportunities, analyzing existing processes, and developing action plans. The role also involves working with project teams to execute initiatives, monitor progress, and communicate findings effectively. The role also involves understanding organizational and operational challenges, managing technical difficulties, facilitating demand management, prioritizing IT initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
தேவைகள்
The job requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, experience in project management, process improvement, or business analysis, and 3-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, detail-oriented, organized, proficient in project management tools, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies are essential. Knowledge of financial applications and regulatory requirements is preferred, and experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices is preferred.
Nice to have skills are Experience in developing Insurance Finance Application target operating model, excellent communication, collaboration, and strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working across project and operational teams.
