The Opportunities
We are currently representing the firm for the following leadership and specialist roles:

1. VP, Lead Cross-Border Payments IT Project Manager & Application Support Lead
You will be at the helm of mission-critical Transaction Banking Cross-Border Payments systems, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of international and domestic SWIFT-based payments.
You will get to… Manage a team and complex stakeholder requirements to minimize customization, and ensure system availability and SLA compliance across the region.
You will bring… 12+ years of experience in the technology application domain, specifically in cross-border payment systems. You possess excellent knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT standards, alongside a proven track record of influencing business users and leading high-performing technical teams.

2. VP, Technology Business Analyst (Cash Management) – [2 Openings]
You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between sophisticated business needs and robust technical delivery in the corporate cash management IT space.
You will get to… Facilitate the standardization of global/regional solutions, promote digitization, and define the “to-be” processes that drive product value for corporate customers.
You will bring… 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst specializing in Cash Management. You have deep expertise in payments and collections products (cross-border & domestic) and the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly, backed by strong knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT messages.

3. AVP, System Analyst (Cash Management)
You will function as the technical backbone for cash management Technology, focusing on the technical design and seamless integration of payment and collection systems.
You will get to… Architect technical solutions for complex payment flows, liaise with solution and enterprise architects, and troubleshoot critical production incidents in a hybrid on-premise/cloud environment.
You will bring… 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience in Cash Management. You are highly proficient in payments and collections process flows and have a strong, demonstrated working knowledge of APIs (Internal and Open APIs) used in modern banking integrations.

4. AVP, System Analyst (Trade Finance)
You will specialize in the technical architecture behind trade finance and supply chain products, ensuring systems communicate seamlessly to deliver high-performance results.
You will get to… Shape the conceptual and detailed design for import/export functions, ensure scalability of solutions, and manage the technical integration lifecycle from conception to post-production support.
You will bring… 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience specifically within Trade Finance (Traditional Import/Export and Supply Chain Finance). You possess strong technical competency in online and batch-based integration protocols and have practical, hands-on experience implementing APIs.

All roles require proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) along with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
