Corporate / M&A Associate (4-8 PQE), Singapore | International Practice

An international law firm is hiring a Corporate/M&A Associate (4-8 PQE) for its Singapore office.

The team is known for its cross-border corporate and M&A work in Southeast Asia, advising multinational corporations, regional groups and financial sponsors on complex, high-value transactions. The practice focuses primarily on private M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures and regional corporate work, with matters typically involving multiple jurisdictions.

The Work

• Cross-border M&A transactions (predominantly private)
• Joint ventures and strategic or consortium investments
• Corporate reorganisations and restructuring-related transactions
• Ongoing corporate advisory work for multinational and regional clients
• Select listed-company transactional matters as part of broader mandates

Associates are expected to take an active role in drafting, transaction management and execution.

The Candidate

• 4-8 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A.
• Solid transactional experience and drafting skills
• Exposure to cross-border work preferred
• Comfortable working in small deal teams
• Singapore-qualified or foreign-qualified lawyers with relevant experience will be considered
