Our client, a rapidly growing IT services firm, is looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join its Human Resources Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, while actively contributing to the company’s HR Digital Transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
As Payroll Operations Manager, you will oversee payroll services for all employees, ensuring the seamless execution of bi-monthly payroll cycles. You will handle payroll related duties such as tax filings, CPF contributions, salary accruals, and third-party billing reconciliations. In addition, you will manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration with outsourced payroll providers to meet monthly KPIs. A key aspect of your role will be driving process improvements to boost payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with over 8 years of relevant experience in payroll management. Hands-on experience with the Workday system is an advantage. You excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments and possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. You have a proven track record of process reengineering and implementing improvements. Your forward-planning skills help you understand how various payroll and benefits components interconnect, while your communication skills enable effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
