Principal Network Security Engineer, Lead Energy & Utility
Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Lead Energy & Utility company to hire for a Principal Network Security Engineer.
You are responsible for engineering, designing, and deploying IT/OT optical network services and solutions (DWDM, ODN, PABx). You will identify improvement opportunities for system maintenance, develop infrastructure observability roadmaps, and ensure compliance with company policies and CSA Act.
You will support network infrastructure improvements, managing vulnerability and patch management processes, and overseeing vendor relationships. You will conduct security assessments and maintain fibre usage while striving for quality and customer satisfaction.

- Degree in Computer Science or IT related studies with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimally CCNA or CCNP certified.
- Demonstrated experience in Layer 2 and 3 R&S, Firewall management, DWDM, ODN, PABx.
- Working experience in ITIL and ISO27001 processes.
