Products Legal Counsel, Private Bank
This is an opportunity to join a leading global financial institution within its private banking and wealth management legal function in Asia. The role offers exposure to a broad, cross-border platform and the chance to work closely with business, risk, and compliance teams to shape products, manage regulatory change, and support a sophisticated client offering.
The position focuses on providing end-to-end legal and regulatory support across private banking and markets-related activities, including capital markets products, derivatives, FX, fixed income, discretionary portfolio management, and advisory services. The successful candidate will advise on legal and regulatory risks, draft and review documentation, support new product development, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
This role will be very well suited for a lawyer with a strong knowledge across Derivatives, Financial Services and Cross Border Regulations, Structured Products and Capital Markets.
