We are partnering a leading payment technology company at the forefront of digital transformation in Asia’s financial services landscape. As it continues to expand its presence in Taiwan, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join its team in Taipei. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of managing complex programs from the vendor side.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive the development and implementation of the payment solutions. You will work closely with internal teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations, as well as with external clients, to ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate the complexities of the financial services industry will be key to your success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with at least ten years of experience in program or project management within the financial services sector. Experience working on the vendor side—such as with technology providers, consultancies, or service integrators—is essential. A deep understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, and transaction processing is highly desirable. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are a must, and certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus.
