What You’ll Get To Do
-Serve as a key understudy to the SAP S4 HANA Program Director, driving communication, motivation, and alignment across project teams to achieve peak performance and excellence.
-Operate independently, overseeing a complex program of interdependent projects that are central to strategic business and IT transformations
-Champion Project Management discipline, ensuring projects hit their KPIs for on-time delivery, budget adherence, and scope control.
-Facilitate and drive the timely global rollout of integrated SAP SuccessFactors.
-Create and oversee integrated program plans, meticulously managing timelines, resources, budgets, and governance from kick-off to post-implementation assessment.
-Proactively resolve conflicts, remove barriers, and drive issues to timely resolution, ensuring continuous progress.
-Keep stakeholders engaged, transparently communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing clear, timely reports.
-Advise and coach stakeholders, team members, and other project managers, ensuring program priorities are crystal clear.
What You’ll Bring
-Experience in the full lifecycle of ERP transformation projects, specifically with SAP ERP and its surrounding platforms.
-Experience of Project Manager roles, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives and leading internal IT teams
-A proven track record of implementing or migrating from SAP ECC to S4 HANA
-A willingness to be hands-on, diving into identified problem areas to drive issues to resolution by collaborating with leads and experts.
-The ability to judge criticality, prioritize issues from a business perspective, and drive decisions to meet project timelines and objectives, even when balancing business requests.
-Proven experience in managing both in-house and external vendors for solution integration and subject matter expertise.
-The ability to manage complexity, distilling intricate information into clear, actionable points for decision-making.
-The ability to work independently, achieving objectives and results with minimal guidance.
-Understanding and experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
