      Our client is a global leader in the aviation industry, with a strong presence across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. As part of its continued investment and growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join its Regional People Services team, supporting multiple business units across Singapore and APAC.

      Responsibilities
      Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will provide HR advisory and operational support across a broad range of specialist HR services, including Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Reporting. Acting as the first point of contact for people managers, you will advise on HR policies, processes and employee relations matters while ensuring a high standard of customer service and timely resolution of complex HR queries.

      You will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners and external vendors to deliver consistent and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle. In addition, you will contribute to process optimisation, standardisation, knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives, while monitoring service delivery metrics and ensuring compliance with internal policies, governance requirements and data privacy standards.

      Requirements
      The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 – 10 years of HR Operations. Ideally you would have worked in a shared services environment. Exposure to Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development or HR Reporting will be highly advantageous. You should have in depth experience managing the full employee lifecycle.

      You will possess a broad understanding of HR policies, processes and Singapore employment legislation, with the confidence to provide practical advice on a range of HR matters, including complex employee relations issues. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, business leaders and external partners.

      The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organised and solutions-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable balancing HR advisory responsibilities with operational excellence while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and service delivery.
