Senior Associate, M&A
This is an excellent opportunity for a top tier Investment Banking professional to transition into a leading consumer technology organisation as their Senior Associate, M&A.
Responsibilities
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, including organic and inorganic growth opportunities. In addition, you will provide commercial and financial advice to drive business performance and transformation initiatives. High performing individuals can look forward to exciting long term opportunities with the organisation.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have 3 to 6 years of experience in a bulge bracket bank, with a track record in debt capital markets, securitisation, structured financing and/or project financing. Prior exposure to TMT and US markets would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as an agile go-getter with a thirst for challenges.
This role is best suited for a IBD candidate who wants to move into a corporate for long term career development and satisfaction. Please note that work arrangement will be 100% on-site.
