Our client is a highly regarded and progressive organisation undergoing an exciting phase of strategic and digital transformation. As it continues to scale its impact and build a future-ready workforce, it is seeking dynamic and forward-looking HR Business Partners.

You will partner senior leaders and work with COE colleagues to deliver effective HR solutions aligned to organisational priorities. This includes including identifying working capability needs, talent attraction, driving performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations. You will be a trusted coach to leaders and managers, managing employee relations matters with sound judgement. You will contribute to workforce transformation efforts, support talent pipeline development, and play an active role in driving organisational and cultural initiatives.

You are a hands-on and commercially minded HR Business Partner with experience operating in complex, evolving environments. You bring strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to organisational outcomes. Independent and proactive, you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, coaching leaders and navigating ambiguity with sound judgement, underpinned by strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
