Senior HR Manager (Energy)

Our client is a well-established company in the energy industry seeking a senior HR Manager to help grow and stabilize the company.
Position Overview
This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions, engaging relevant stakeholders. It encompasses both strategic and operational aspects, focusing on aligning business objectives with employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all end-to-end HR functions and collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with the business. You will be responsible for strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, as well as HR administration and compliance.

You are degree-qualified with at least 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Manager. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and proactively. Moreover, you must possess the confidence to effectively advise senior management on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Ideally, you have a good understanding of energy / LNG / O&G industry.
