Legal & Compliance Senior Manager – Manufacturing, 8+PQE

A multinational manufacturing/B2B organisation is seeking a Legal & Compliance Senior Manager to lead regional legal, compliance, and governance matters. This senior role reports to the CFO and partners closely with senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal advisor to senior management on legal, regulatory, and governance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and employment contracts
• Manage legal and compliance risks across cross-border operations
• Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal policies
• Handle disputes, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and external counsel
• Drive effective contract management and use of legal technology tools

தேவைகள்

• A recognised law degree: common law qualifications preferred
• A minimum of 8PQE, with experience in a multinational, manufacturing, or B2B environment
• Strong background in contract law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management
• Proven experience handling cross-border matters and advising senior stakeholders
• Mandatory fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to draft and review contracts
• Mandarin is required due to regional stakeholder management and document review
• Comfortable working with contract management systems, and legal technology tools
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Must hold a valid work visa or be eligible to work in Singapore
