We are partnering with a leading hospitality organisation to hire a Senior Manager, Marketing Communications. This is an exciting opportunity to lead integrated marketing, community engagement, and brand initiatives while managing a high-performing team and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
பொறுப்புகள்
- Lead the Marketing Communications team and drive integrated marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute community engagement, place making and events strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets, campaign performance and marketing effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
தேவைகள்
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, Community Engagement, or Events Management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale events, integrated marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and drive execution.
- Prior people management experience is advantageous.
