Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning (SG-based)
Our client is a leading insurer with an established presence in the region. It is seeking to hire a Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning in Singapore.

You will partner closely with the Head of Strategy, channel chiefs and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution across distribution channels. You will lead commercial analysis and business modelling to design growth initiatives, align priorities and track performance outcomes, while diagnosing business challenges and implementing improvement strategies. You will also drive change management, champion digital and automation initiatives, and mentor junior team members to strengthen overall execution and team capability.
தேவைகள்
- You possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy & planning, and familiar with distribution channels within life insurance or retail banking.
- Strong analytical and business modelling capabilities, with hands-on experience in commercial planning and performance tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
- Proven track record in diagnosing complex business problems, developing actionable strategies and driving execution with measurable outcomes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
