Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager (1-Year Contract)
We are partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager to strengthen order fulfilment, customer service operations and logistics performance. This is an individual contributor role working closely with regional stakeholders across the US, Europe and Asia to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Role:
Lead initiatives to improve end-to-end order fulfilment, logistics and customer service processes. Partner with logistics providers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, manage shipment exceptions and ensure timely order execution.
Drive root-cause analysis, influence stakeholders across multiple functions and implement sustainable process improvements. Monitor service performance, analyse operational data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and Perfect Order Execution. Support supply chain transformation initiatives arising from business growth and operational changes.
Requirements:
Degree qualified, you have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, customer service operations, order fulfilment, logistics or process improvement within a regional or global environment. You possess a strong understanding of end-to-end order management and logistics processes, together with excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proactive, resilient and able to work independently, driving issues through to resolution with minimal supervision. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred, while exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
