SVP, Technology and Portfolio Manager

We are partnering one of leading financial services organisation, to hire for a strong Technology and Portfolio Manager to drive operations management and strategic initiatives in the Technology team.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you play an integral role in technology planning, business management and technology governance of the team. Apart from that, you work closely with the head in driving strategic transformation and change initiatives in the team, to improve operational and technology efficiency. You act as a trusted advisor to technology leaders and work closely with the team on continuous improvement of end to end software engineering processes.

தேவைகள்

Degree qualified in Computer Science or equivalent field, you have minimum 10 years of proven experience in technology leadership roles, ideally in the banking and financial services industry. You have a good track record in delivering large and complex financial services solutions, and knowledge in operational processes. Experience working in the consulting industry will be added advantage. You are detailed oriented with strong organization and communication skills to work closely with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
