      Role Overview

      Our client is seeking an experienced Talent & Learning professional to play a key role in shaping capability, growth, and the overall people experience across the organization.

      This role goes beyond traditional training delivery. It focuses on designing impactful learning experiences, driving structured career growth initiatives, and overseeing the broader group and employee experience across critical moments of the employee lifecycle.

      The successful candidate will combine strong learning design expertise with a holistic talent perspective, and work closely with senior stakeholders to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

      Key Responsibilities

      Learning & Development

      • Design, develop, and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
      • Create engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences across multiple formats, including workshops, blended learning, digital learning, and experiential/on-the-job development.
      • Conduct learning needs analysis and identify skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
      • Measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement

      Talent & Career Growth

      • Lead career development and progression initiatives, including career frameworks, development pathways, and internal mobility programs.
      • Partner with leadership and HR stakeholders on talent reviews, high-potential development, and succession planning.
      • Enable managers to have effective development and career conversations with their teams.

      Employee & Group Experience

      • Oversee and enhance the organization’s overall employee and group experience beyond formal training, including onboarding, engagement touchpoints, and key lifecycle moments.
      • Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and a sense of belonging across teams.
      • Ensure learning, talent, and experience initiatives are integrated into a cohesive and consistent people experience.

      Stakeholder & Program Management

      • Work closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and functional heads to align learning and talent initiatives with business needs.
      • Manage external learning vendors, facilitators, and partners as required.
      • Oversee program timelines, budgets, and outcomes to ensure effective delivery.

      தேவைகள்

      • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, People Development, or related HR roles.
      • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
      • Strong understanding of talent development, career frameworks, and employee experience design.
      • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
      • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
