Our client is an established and listed company in the financial services industry, seeking an experienced Senior Rewards Partner to oversee the APAC region.
Overview
As a Senior Rewards Partner, you will play an important role in designing and reviewing compensation strategies that align with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Rewards Director, you will manage all aspects of compensation and be the trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leadership. You will lead annual compensation exercises, including managing bonus programs, reviewing bonus and equity pools, and communicating with stakeholders. You will collaborate with country HR teams to prepare and update remuneration policies, ensuring they comply with local regulations and company policies. Additionally, you will provide advisory support for special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
要求
You are degree-qualified with at least 10 years of experience in compensation. You have experience in designing compensation and incentive programs and are familiar with APAC laws and regulations. You are numerate, detail-oriented, outspoken, and an excellent communicator. Ideally, you come from the financial services sector and are familiar with working in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
