We are exclusively mandated on a search for an APAC Head of IT Operations for a global insurance giant. As the organisation continues to invest in its APAC IT operations which is hubbed in Malaysia, the management requires a seasoned IT leader to come onboard to chart out the strategy, and build up capabilities which will support the Group’s ambitions in Digital and Technology.

This is a great opportunity to set the foundation, establish best practices, develop the right skillsets for an APAC IT operations centre. You will review the as-is of the current set up, align the growth plans with the business heads, and chart of the to-be of the IT operations centre. You will work closely internal stakeholders including CEOs, CIOs of different APAC offices, as well as external stakeholders including regulators, vendors and other partners. You will provide thought leadership on both Run and Change matters for the IT Operations team.

Requirements
You have extensive experience in managing a sizeable Tech organisation, preferably within the financial services domain with a regional focus. You possess communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside the business leaders.
