About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Technology Strategy & Transformation to spearhead the Bank’s strategic technology agenda across the region. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping long‑range technology direction, driving enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, and ensuring that the bank’s technology ecosystem is fit for future growth.
The ideal leader brings both strategic breadth and hands‑on depth – someone who can architect multi‑year roadmaps while actively navigating operational, regulatory, and market‑driven scenarios across different geographies. You will partner closely with senior management to influence investment priorities, modernisation pathways, and execution outcomes.

- Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Bank’s enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Drive the design and execution of technology transformation programmes, including modernisation of legacy platforms, adoption of cloud and data architectures, and uplift of engineering practices.
- Anticipate and manage regional technology scenarios – including operational risks, system dependencies, regulatory variations, and market disruptions – providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with business heads, operations, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution across markets.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry shifts, shaping investment decisions and innovation opportunities.
- Strengthen governance, architectural standards, and delivery frameworks to support scalable execution.
- Build and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and operational excellence.
