AVP / VP – Private Equity Operations

Role Overview
This role partners closely with the Investment Team to support end-to-end private asset transactions, from execution through to exit, while providing oversight across fund structures, valuation, accounting, tax, and regulatory matters. You will manage day-to-day fund operations including cash management, hedging, and fund flows, and ensure smooth coordination across audit, tax, and MAS requirements. The role also covers review of NAVs and financials, budgeting and fee oversight, as well as supporting governance and compliance matters such as FATCA/CRS and KYC/AML.
Requirements
10 years of experience in private markets operations, fund administration, or fund accounting within asset management or private equity. Strong understanding of fund structures, NAVs, and the investment lifecycle, with exposure to private assets preferred. Comfortable working with investment teams and external providers, with familiarity in MAS regulations and frameworks such as FATCA/CRS. Strong communication skills and a hands-on, adaptable approach are essential.
